How the guarantee works

What the refund covers

The guarantee covers the full $5 Maps Machine purchase made through the Maps Machine $5 offer. Charges from independent third-party platforms or software providers are not part of the $5 purchase and are not covered by this refund.

How to request your refund

Email support@themapsmachine.com from the email used for your order. Include your order email and the date and time your first campaign launched so we can locate the purchase and process the request.
