The hours that matter

We are hiring around the customers, not around an office.

The majority of our current funnel demand is in the United States, with Eastern as the largest recorded booking timezone, followed by Central and Pacific.

Applicants can be based anywhere, but you must commit to one of the coverage blocks and reliably show up for it.

SHIFT A

Eastern day

8:00 AM-5:00 PM ET

Best for Eastern and Central morning/day coverage.

SHIFT B

Eastern late / Pacific handover

4:00 PM-1:00 AM ET

Moves from Eastern evening into Pacific afternoon/evening while respecting local calling hours.

Are the leads cold?

No. You will work inbound opt-ins, front-end buyers and scheduled callbacks generated by Maps Machine advertising. You are still expected to dial hard and follow up.

Is there a base salary?

No. This is an uncapped commission-only independent contractor role. Earnings are not guaranteed.

Do I need to live in the United States?

No. You can be based anywhere if your spoken English is excellent and you can consistently work the selected US coverage block.

What tools will I use?

Slack for fresh lead alerts and claiming, Close CRM for calling and outcomes, and the Maps Machine sales process and scripts.

What happens after I apply?

Strong applications move to a live roleplay. Successful candidates then complete system and offer onboarding before receiving live leads.
